As you may know, late last year NASDAQ OMX and a group of leading securities firms entered into a collaborative agreement to create The PORTAL Alliance — an enhanced facility designed to serve the market for 144A privately placed equity securities. We are pleased to announce that the official launch of The PORTAL Alliance is expected in November 2008 and as such, the PORTAL Market trading system has been removed from this site and will be available on the new PORTAL Alliance website, upon launch.
